Portnov Computer School has specialized in Software Quality Assurance career training since 1994, making it the world’s oldest Software QA career school and one of the best-known and widely recognized brands in Software Testing.

Rebranding a well-established school is a significant and thoughtful process. Our first step was creating a logo, as the school previously did not have one. We crafted a design that beautifully highlights the technological focus of the school’s activities while capturing the warm and welcoming atmosphere it is known for.

While preserving the school’s signature blue color, we opted for a richer, warmer shade to represent the refreshed identity of Pornov’s Computer School, blending professionalism with approachability.

The school’s sailboat logo mark is a design we genuinely admire. However, rather than sticking with a complex version, we proposed a modern, streamlined alternative. A great logo is one that can be effortlessly sketched in the sand or even baked into cookies.

The new logo mark is composed of three distinct elements, each functioning independently. These elements can be used individually or combined to create unique and versatile patterns, offering both flexibility and cohesion for the school’s branding.

The individual elements of the logo can be used independently or combined into patterns for a variety of applications, including decorating school interiors, branded clothing, office supplies, vehicles, devices, and other equipment.

This versatility makes it a powerful tool for enhancing brand recognition, creating a cohesive visual identity across all touch points, and reinforcing the school’s presence in both physical and digital spaces. It ensures the brand remains memorable and consistently represented in every context.
